How to get started in a day
- Pick the three documents you sign most, usually quotes, contracts and receipts.
- Set them up once as templates, marking where to sign and what details need filling in.
- Send them by email or WhatsApp and let the reminders do the work for you.
- Save each signed document in the file of its client or employee.

FAQs
Is an employment contract signed electronically valid?
Yes. Electronic signatures are legally valid for employment contracts, and the certificate lets you prove who signed and when.
Do I need a digital certificate to sign with my clients?
Not for everyday documents. A digital certificate is only needed when a procedure explicitly requires it.
