Do we have to pay all year round?
No. Many clubs only need it in September, for registrations. Switch on the €19 plan that month, send all the registration forms and consents, and cancel it. You go back to the free plan: you can still open all your signed documents and you get 20 requests a month for the rest of the season.
Do families have to install anything?
No. They get a link and sign in their phone's browser.
Can we use it for members?
Yes: new members, cancellations, fees and minutes.
What about coaches?
Yes: agreements, certificates and qualifications, with an alert before they expire.
How much does it cost for a small club?
Signing your own documents is free, and you get 20 signature requests a month at no cost. If you need more, the full plan is €19 a month, with unlimited users and no commitment.
