Questions
What people usually ask us.
Do we have to pay for the whole school year?
No. If you only need it at the start of the year, turn on the €19 plan in September, send out enrolment and permission forms, and cancel. You go back to the free plan: you can still open all your documents and you get 20 sends a month.
How do parents sign school documents?
The school uploads the document (a permission form, an enrolment form or a letter) and marks where to sign. Each parent or guardian gets a link by email, opens it on their phone, fills in any details they're asked for and signs with their finger. The signed document goes back to the school and is saved in the pupil's record.
Is a school permission form signed this way legally valid?
Yes. It's an electronic signature under the European eIDAS regulation, and every document comes with a record of the date, time and details of who signed.
How much does it cost for a school?
€19 a month, with unlimited users and up to 1,000 documents sent for signature a month. If your school sends more, we'll put together a custom price.
Do families have to sign up?
No. They get a link by email, open it and sign.
What if the parents are separated?
Each one gets their own link, and you decide which documents need both signatures.
How do we add pupils and families?
With an Excel file from your school platform. We'll help you do it.
Does it work for universities?
Yes: admissions, enrolment, grants, records and staff contracts.
