Cookie policy
This is a translation for information only; the Spanish version prevails. Cookies are small files that some websites store in your browser to remember information or track what you do.
Does multidocs.es use cookies?
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, either our own or third-party ones. That’s why we don’t show you a cookie banner: there’s nothing to accept.
We only use one technical cookie, md_sender, when you confirm your email with the code to send a document or create your account. For 6 months it remembers that this device has already confirmed that email, so we don’t ask you for the code every time. It’s needed for the service you request, so it doesn’t need your consent (article 22.2 of Spain’s LSSI-CE). You can delete it whenever you like from your browser settings.
To find out which pages are visited, we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, our hosting provider’s tool. It doesn’t use cookies or store anything in your browser: it only counts visits in an aggregated, anonymous way (page, country, device type and which website you came from), without storing your IP or linking the visit to you.
We don’t load fonts or other resources from external services: everything you see is served from our own server.
The only exception is voluntary: in “Request a demo”, if you click “See available times”, the Google Calendar booking calendar opens, and it may use its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. If you don’t click the button, nothing from Google is loaded.
Is anything stored in my browser?
When you sign a document with “Sign for free”, the document and your signature are processed in your browser’s memory while you use the tool, and they disappear when you close the page. They aren’t stored as cookies.
If this changes
If we ever add cookies that aren’t strictly necessary, we’ll ask for your permission first and update this page.
