In 30 seconds

  • Upload the PDF, mark where each person signs and send it by email or WhatsApp.
  • The signer doesn't sign up: they open the link, fill in what you ask and sign with their finger.
  • You get the signed document with a proof of every signature.

How to send it

  1. Upload the document at Sign for free (PDF or photo) and choose "Someone else".
  2. Tap "Signature" and drag the box to where they need to sign. If you need details, add "Name", "ID number", "Date" or an "I agree" tick box.
  3. Several people signing? Tap "+ Add person". They can sign at the same time or in order.
  4. Enter their email or mobile number and send it. With WhatsApp or SMS, your phone opens with the message ready.
  5. It arrives signed in your inbox, with a proof showing the date, time and details of each signer. If someone is slow, we send them reminders.
